It wont be easy. Somedays you'll binge and other days you'll skip your work out but it's those pictures, posts and thoughts of loosing the weight that keeps you going. If I can do it. you can do it.
I’ve been going to the gym for a month now and I’m very proud of myself. I haven’t lost or gained but I’m gaining happiness. Im currently trying to eat better, and it’s going pretty dang well.
Nobody understands me. And that’s not helping at all.
